School of Continuing Studies

The Office of Student Financial Services is here to assist you in financing your Georgetown education through a combination of federal student loans, SCS Service Scholarships, external scholarships, employer benefits, and VA Benefits.

The Office of Student Financial Services has a new location! We are serving students and families in-person in the Reiss Science Building, Suite 200 and virtually, during our regular business hours of 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET Monday–Friday.  If you would like to setup a virtual meeting with a member of your financial aid advising team, please visit our Virtual Meeting Request page.

Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies (SCS) fulfills the university’s educational mission by offering a wide range of degree programs and applied learning experiences to a broad and inclusive community of students and professionals.

Our office is committed to assisting you with financing your Georgetown education. SCS students often utilize a combination of personal savings, federal loans, SCS Service Scholarships, and external resources to cover their cost of attendance.

We encourage you to explore all options in financing your education.  SCS offers service scholarships.  If you have or are currently serving in the military, veteran’s benefits might be a good resource for you.  Other financing options include outside scholarships and/or tuition benefits from your employer.

The following pages will guide you through the financial aid process and provide information on how to finance your Georgetown education.
