CAUTION ABOUT SCHOLARSHIP SEARCH OFFERS
You may be solicited by a scholarship search company
offering to help you find awards. We strongly urge you to check any company with the Better Business
Bureau, and we advise against using any company that requires a payment from you to do a
search. Georgetown University does not sell or provide names to any company for
this purpose. We urge you to be cautious about sending personal financial information to any
organization sending unsolicited direct mail marketing materials to you. Be
cautious of scholarship search firms that include any of these elements:
-

required
-
money back
guarantee
-
