An average Cost of Attendance budget is used by the GU Office of Student Financial Services to determine a student's eligibility for federal student financial aid and/or private loan(s).  A breakdown of the average Cost of Attendance budget is listed below.

*Direct expenses are charged to a student's account with Georgetown University.  Indirect expenses are average costs that a student may pay out of pocket.

*If a student enrolls for less than twelve credit hours in any semester, their average cost of attendance budget will be revised to reflect the actual cost of their revised enrollment and their  eligibility for student financial aid will be recalculated.  The charge per credit hour for the 2008-09 academic year is $1,465.
